We do our best to keep product descriptions, weights and pricing accurate, but occasionally mistakes happen — if they do, we will contact you straight away, before processing your order, so you can decide whether to continue, amend or cancel your purchase.
Payment is taken securely at checkout through our online store. We accept the major payment methods shown at the point of purchase, including cards and digital wallets. Your sweets, chocolate and confectionery order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and processed.
You can change or cancel your order shortly after placing it — just get in touch with us as soon as possible. Provided your sweets haven't already been packed and dispatched, we will do everything we can to amend your order or arrange a refund.
We take great care in selecting, packing and shipping every box of chocolate, sweets and confectionery we sell, ensuring freshness from our kitchen to your door. However, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased.
